On January 25, 2012, a Proton-M launch vehicle rolled out at Baikonur with the communications satellite NSS-14 (SES-4). The launch, scheduled for January 28, was postponed due to technical reasons. The NSS-14 satellite carries onboard 52 C-band transponders and 72 Ku-band transponders, and it will provide services to Europe, Middle East, West Africa, North America, and South America.
