The Falcon 9 launch vehicle was rolled out to the Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral on April 29, 2012. Falcon 9 was lifted into place and a static fire test of the 9 Merlin engines was performed.

Soyuz TMA-22 Undocking and Landing

Expedition 30 Commander Dan Burbank of NASA, Russian Soyuz Commander Anton Shkaplerov and Flight Engineer Anatoly Ivanishin undocked their Soyuz TMA-22 spacecraft from the International Space Station for the return trip back to Earth. They completed almost six months in space following a launch in November. The crew landed safely in Kazakhstan on April 27, 2012.

Proton-M/YaSat-1B Rollout and Launch

On April 24, 2012, a Proton-M/Breeze-M launch vehicle lifted off from Baikonur with YaSat-1B, a telecommunications satellite. YaSat-1B separated from the upper stage and was inserted in the desired orbit.

Progress M-15M Docking

On April 22, 2012, Progress M-15M docked to the Pirs docking compartment of the International Space Station. Progress is loaded with 2.5 tons of food, fuel, and supplies.

Progress M-15M Rollout and Launch

On April 20, 2012, a Soyuz-U launch vehicle lifted off from Baikonur with Progress M-15M. Progress spacecraft will deiver to the International Space Station fuel, equipment for scientific experiments, medical supplies, containers with food and water.

Progress M-14M left the International Space Station on April 19, 2012. Progress undocked from the Pirs docking compartment loaded with trash and other disposable items, and it will burn up in the Earth\’s atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean.
